BHPO generally refers to the area above the Sunset Strip reaching all the way in to the hills of Bel Air. This area receives its services from the City of Los Angeles including fire, police and utilities. The schools are also served by the City of Los Angeles. Although mailing addresses within the BHPO zip code are written as "Beverly Hills, CA 90210", the properties themselves lie outside of the city limits of Beverly Hills, but share amenities on par with that of Beverly Hills including fine dining and world class shopping destinations.
